There are three initiatives under this grant administered jointly by WDA, NTUC & SNEF:

The Innovation & Capability Voucher (ICV) is a simple to apply, easy-to-use voucher valued at $5,000. The aim is to encourage SMEs to develop their business capabilities.

The grant defrays up to 70 percent of qualifying project costs such as consultancy, training, certification and equipment costs. You can take on large scale upgrading projects in areas like increasing productivity, process improvement, product development and market access.

The scheme is mainly for obtaining factory equipment and factory loans for business equipment or selected factory properties.

The LIS helps companies secure trade finance loans from Participating Financial Institutions by insuring the institutions against insolvency risks of the company.
