Recommendations for Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for lower-income workers will be rolled out by 2023.
The higher wages for low-wage workers are expected to lead to higher prices for goods and services for consumers.
The PWM measures will be rolled out in phases from Sept 1, 2022 and March 1, 2023.
